One of the food scene’s hottest young talents, Nick has worked in some of Singapore’s best restaurants including Tippling Club and ODP. Alongside Morgan, Nick will drive the creative direction of Kiln’s dynamic menu. He is passionate about strong flavours and finding the best local ingredients.

Albie has over 10 years experience working within some of hospitality’s most respected and well-known organisations. After a three year period working with the Jamie Oliver group as Beverage Operations and Development Manager, He has since consulted on bars and festivals with operators including Soulshakers, Greenman, and the Big Chill Group.
